For the safety of all my customers, I don’t accept returns on piercing jewelry — all body jewelry sales are final. But don’t stress: all my septum and daith pieces are captive beads, which means if you accidentally order the wrong size, it’s an easy fix. Just swap the hoop! Not sure what size you need? my hoop came after four weeks as said! it came in a cute box with a handwritten note signed by amber. the piercing itself is so light and easy to put in!! customer service is also really good! 10/10 recommend, will be purchasing more in the future <3 😁.
I ordered this a few weeks before I knew I would change out my stud because I figured it would take a while to arrive, however, it was delievered within 3 short weeks (including shipping time)! The packaging was also super cute and came with a personalized note from the seller. I was super impressed with the quality of the hoop as well, considering the amazing price, and it has not bothered me these past 4 days I've had it in. I didn’t expect much, it’s just a simple nose hoop after all. However, it is so comfortable, the niobium is a beautiful dark silver color, and it fits perfectly. Every other nose hoop has irritated my piercing, but because the ends are smoothed I haven’t had any trouble with this one, even when it rotates through the piercing hole. 10/10 love it
