It will take me approximately 14 business days to make your jewelry. Every piece is made just for you in my workshop — nothing pulled from a shelf, no factory shortcuts.

Business days are Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays excluded.

Shipping costs $4.60 for US orders under $50. US orders over $50 ship free.

Shipping costs for locations outside of the US vary from $14-$20. You can use the shipping calculator located on the cart page (when items are in your cart) to see the cost to ship to your country.

All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.

Requests to make changes to the order must be sent within 24 hours of the sale. Otherwise I will have already started making the jewelry and I cannot guarantee that I can make the change.

I ship to the exact address that's provided during checkout. If you need to change the shipping address prior to the order shipping, that's a super easy fix - just email me! If the package cannot be delivered, or is misdelivered due to an error with the provided shipping address, the buyer is responsible for paying the cost to reship the package.

For the safety of all my customers, I don’t accept returns on piercing jewelry — all body jewelry sales are final.

But don’t stress: all my septum and daith pieces are captive beads and my studs are threadless tops, which means if you accidentally order the wrong size, it’s an easy fix. Just swap the hoop or the labret backing!

I stand behind the quality of my work 100%. If your item arrives damaged, or there's something wrong with your order, I'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours after checking out. Otherwise, I will have already started working on making the jewelry and the order cannot be canceled. I am a single maker, there is no team behind Metal Lotus.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. The money is immediately deducted from my account the moment you get a notification that the order was cancelled and refunded.

If you paid using a credit card, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to get credited back to your account (this is determined by your bank or card issuer, not me). If you paid using a PayPal e-check it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to fully process. 

Business days do not include weekends.
