My current turnaround time is 14 business days (Monday–Friday, weekends and holidays excluded). Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number in your inbox so you know exactly when your jewelry is arriving.

For the safety of all my customers, I don’t accept returns on piercing jewelry — all body jewelry sales are final. But don’t stress: all my septum and daith pieces are captive beads, which means if you accidentally order the wrong size, it’s an easy fix. Just swap the hoop! Not sure what size you need?
