Crafted one at a time out of tarnish-resistant sterling silver, this death's head moth design is completely nickel free. It comes with a titanium captive ring in your choice of 16G or 14G. The design works well for septum, daith, and conch piercings.
The hoop is made out of titanium (GRADE 23 6AL-4V ELI-ASTM F136), and the captive bead is made out of Argentium silver that has been carefully antiqued then given a hand-brushed finish to highlight the black details.
The skull hawkmoth design will take up approximately 2mm of the inner diameter when worn as septum or daith jewelry. The total size of the design is approximately 12mm (wide) x 6mm (tall).
All of my hoops have completely smooth ends for comfortable and safe insertion. They are measured in American Wire Gauge (16 Gauge is approximately 1.2mm thick; 14 gauge is approximately 1.6mm thick).
