Good quality, but the points of the moth like the antenna, wing tips, and the body are kinda sharp. I found it very irritating because no matter what way I angled it something was rubbing. It might’ve been better if I’d gone up a size, but I bought the size my piercer said to get so idk.

This thing is awesome! Intricate and detailed, yet simple and clean. Pretty and dainty, while also badass. My features are petite and I have a small space between my nose and my lips, and this little death moth fits perfectly without being too big or getting in the way. With a little practice, inserting the captive bead is super easy. Definitely recommend this shop!

So I stumbled across Metal Lotus’s Death Moth waaay back and it seemed like they were always out of stock. I decided to sign up for restock notifications because I just couldn’t get these out of my head. I pounced on the first opportunity I had and bought a few different pieces.
To be honest, I had high expectations and they absolutely exceeded them.
The shipping was extremely fast, great packaging that even included a personal, hand written note. The quality of these pieces is undeniable, they truly are a piece of art. (I also find them much easier to put in vs. your standard captive bead, so that’s another plus.)

I was on the fence for a very long time about piercing my septum and this ring was what finally convinced me when I first saw it a few months ago. I'm amazed at how much more beautiful it is in person and now that my nose is healed and I actually own it I can say that the needle in my face and healing time was worth it!
