Please expect to wait approximately 4 weeks prior to your order shipping (this is not the amount of time it takes to receive your order). Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays excluded - orders will always ship at the end of the week on Friday. I strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but the quality of my work is also very important to me. Your package will be shipped first class using USPS in a small gift box, and I include a tracking number for all purchases.
If you place multiple separate orders, please note that I will ship them as they are placed - I don't combine orders. This means that each order may have a different ship date. If you need the jewelry to ship together in one package, I can cancel the orders so you can purchase them again as a single order as long as I have not started working on them yet. This will affect your placement in my work queue and may extend the ship date.
Piercing Jewelry Return Policy:
All body jewelry sales are final. For the safety of all my customers, returns are not accepted on piercing jewelry. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. I only sell completely new, unworn pieces. Fake septum rings are also nonreturnable for hygiene reasons.
I want you to love wearing your new jewelry, so please get in touch and ask all questions about sizing prior to purchasing if you are unsure which size will fit you. I'm always happy to explain how the sizing works!

Non-Piercing Jewelry (Pendants, Rings, Bracelets) Return Policy:
Returns on pendants, necklaces, finger rings, and bracelets are accepted for 7 calendar days after the package is marked delivered. Please contact me for instructions prior to sending the jewelry back. The jewelry must be unused, still in the sealed bag it came in, and I must receive it back in the same condition that I sent it in for the return to be accepted. All return packages must be packed in the box the jewelry came in and sent with a tracking number - you are responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipping. Custom orders are not returnable. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If your item was damaged during transit, then I'm more than happy to make it right! Should your item(s) arrive broken or damaged in any way, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival - include both the item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you. Please allow up to the standard fabrication time (3-4 weeks, Mon-Fri weekends excluded) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received:
If your order was fulfilled incorrectly please get in touch, I'm more than happy to make it right! If your order arrives missing an item, or you think there is a mistake with your order, please send me a picture of the order inside the sealed bag immediately upon arrival. Do not break the seal on the bag.
I will not begin working on your order until I receive payment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. Payment for custom orders is expected upfront prior to beginning the project. Thank you for your understanding!
Before completing checkout, please ensure your mailing address is correct. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.
If your item is non-deliverable and marked return to sender I will attempt to contact you immediately after I receive it back so that we can discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a refund is decided upon I will refund the cost of the item only. Alternatively, I would be happy to resend the package using an updated, correct address after receiving payment for the additional shipping costs.
Unopened packages that are refused by the buyer and marked returned to sender will be refunded, minus the shipping costs, once the package safely makes it back to me.
Some countries may charge VAT and/or customs and/or additional charges on imported items. These additional charges are not included in my listing prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. My shop does not collect or profit from these additional charges. All items purchased from my shop will be marked as merchandise and valued at the actual purchase price on customs forms.
On average, international packages take 3-6 weeks to arrive, although some may take longer. I do not consider international shipments lost until 8 full weeks have passed from the date I shipped the package. If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, and you would like it reshipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to pay the additional charges imposed by your country, you may refuse the unopened package and it will be returned to me. A refused package can take up to 8 weeks to make it back to the United States. You will not be issued a refund until I have received the package back. Shipping costs are nonrefundable for refused packages.
