Piercing Jewelry Return Policy:
For the safety of all my customers, returns are not accepted on piercing jewelry. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. I only sell completely new, unworn pieces. Custom orders are not returnable. All jewelry in this shop is made to order, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
I want you to love your new jewelry just as much as I love making it, so please get in touch and ask all questions about sizing prior to purchasing if you are unsure what size will fit you.
If you have ordered the wrong size, I'm happy to send you a 15% off coupon should you decide to reorder the correct size.
If your item was damaged during transit, then I'm more than happy to make it right! Should your item(s) arrive broken or damaged in any way, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival - include both the item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you - please allow up to the standard fabrication time (7-10 business days, M-F) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received:
If your order was fulfilled incorrectly please get in touch, I'm more than happy to make it right! If your order arrives missing an item, or you think there is a mistake with your order, please send me a picture of the order inside the sealed bag immediately upon arrival. Do not break the seal on the bag.
I will not begin working on your order until I receive payment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. Payment for custom orders is expected upfront prior to beginning the project. Thank you for your understanding!
With the exception of solid gold items, please expect to wait 10 business days (Mon-Fri) prior to your order shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends excluded. I strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but quality of workmanship is very important to me and I am only a single person doing this!
Your item will be shipped first class using USPS in a small gift box, and I include a tracking # for all US purchases.
Before completing checkout, please ensure your mailing address is correct. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, please send me a picture immediately upon arrival and include both the broken item and the packaging in the photo. I will replace your jewelry at no cost to you. Please allow up to the standard fabrication time (10 business days, Mon-Fri) for a replacement to be made and shipped out.
If your item is non-deliverable and marked return to sender I will attempt to contact you immediately after I receive it back so that we can discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a refund is decided upon I will refund the cost of the item only. Alternatively, I would be happy to resend the package using an updated, correct address after receiving payment for the additional shipping costs.
Unopened packages that are refused by the buyer and marked returned to sender will be refunded, minus the shipping costs, once the package safely makes it back to me.
I am delighted to ship internationally to many locations! Please be familiar with your own country's customs duties, VAT, delivery fees, or taxes, as these are your responsibility to pay. On average, international packages take 3-6 weeks to arrive, although some may take longer. I do not consider international shipments lost until 8 full weeks have passed from the date I shipped the package. If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, and you would like it reshipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Important: You are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duty and taxes for your country. If you do not wish to pay the additional costs, you may refuse the unopened package and it will be returned to me. A refused package can take up to 8 weeks to make it back to the United States. A refund will be issued as soon as I have received the package back - shipping costs are nonrefundable for refused packages.
