Without a doubt the best experience I've had with an etsy seller! A beautiful jewlery piece! I messed up the first time I ordered and ordered a size too small and when I tried to make it work the jewlery ended up breaking. I placed an order for a new earring after talking with the seller and I had the full intention of paying for a new piece since I broke the original. They said there was no need and they would send a replacement for free which I thought was beyond kind of them to do! I opened the package in the mail and I had been sent two replacements and one was specially made for my metal post. This truly made my day I cannot believe how thoughtful and kind this seller is. I will absolutely be ordering more items in the future and I will make sure to not break any more :)
