Each captive bead is made just for you in the size you select — nothing pulled from a shelf, no factory shortcuts. My current turnaround time is 14 business days (Monday–Friday, weekends and holidays excluded). For the safety of all my customers, I don’t accept returns on piercing jewelry — all body jewelry sales are final. But don’t stress: all my septum and daith pieces are captive beads, which means if you accidentally order the wrong size, it’s an easy fix. Just swap the hoop! Not sure what size you need? Love this jewelry!!! It looks great and isn't sharp at all like I thought it might be. Initially, I just got this to wear every once in a while because I thought it'd be uncomfortable but it's not at all, I've left it in for 2 days now with no issues. I did switch out the 9mm CBR it comes with for an 8mm one I already had. I typically wear a 6mm ring (and that's not even a snug fit), so my wearable size is a lot smaller than most people's. I think that the 9mm CBR it comes with would fit most people perfectly. I highly reccomend this shop and this jewelry, can't wait until we don't have to wear masks anymore so I can show it off to more than just the people I live with!
side note: if the jewelry looks crooked/off center, it's just my wonky nose lol
