Each captive bead is made just for you in the size you select — nothing pulled from a shelf, no factory shortcuts. My current turnaround time is 14 business days (Monday–Friday, weekends and holidays excluded). For the safety of all my customers, I don’t accept returns on piercing jewelry — all body jewelry sales are final. But don’t stress: all my septum and daith pieces are captive beads, which means if you accidentally order the wrong size, it’s an easy fix. Just swap the hoop! Not sure what size you need? This is the most perfect piece of jewelry I have ever gotten! I have very weak hands so I had to use a pair of pliers to steady the hoop after many unsuccessful attempts at placing the moth, but eventually I got it! This is a medical issue not a product issue to be clear, but seems worth mentioning in case someone else has hand weakness and needs a solution!
