Handcrafted one at a time out of niobium and tarnish-resistant sterling silver (including the tiny bezel setting) -- completely nickel free. This 16 gauge rainbow moonstone bat captive bead ring works well for septum, daith, conch and helix piercings.
The hoop is made out of pure, unalloyed niobium, and the captive bead is made out of Argentium silver that has been carefully antiqued then given a hand-brushed finish to highlight the black details. It's set with a tiny 3mm genuine rainbow moonstone cabochon using a hammer and punch (I never use glue).
The bat design will take up approximately 2mm of the inner diameter when worn as septum or daith jewelry. The total size of the design is 15mm (wide) x 7mm (tall).
All of my hoops have completely smooth ends for comfortable and safe insertion. 16 gauge (AWG) is approximately 1.2mm thick.
Sold individually, for healed piercings only. Body jewelry sales are final.
Please note that natural stones will vary in color from the display pictures. While you won't get a rainbow moonstone that looks identical to the one pictured, you will get one that has the same high-quality color play under light.
