Handcrafted one at a time out of niobium and tarnish-resistant sterling silver -- completely nickel free. This 14 gauge skull butterfly captive bead ring works well for septum, daith, conch and helix piercings.
The hoop is made out of pure, unalloyed niobium, and the captive bead is made out of Argentium silver that has been carefully antiqued then given a hand-brushed finish to highlight the black details.
The skull butterfly design will take up approximately 4mm of the inner diameter when worn as septum or daith jewelry. The total size of the design is 11.5mm (wide) x 8mm (tall).
All of my hoops have completely smooth ends for comfortable and safe insertion. 14 gauge (AWG) is approximately 1.6mm thick.
